You will make it to the next round if you are:
- Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of Housekeeping's experience in a similar capacity.
- Directs and supervises activities of the Housekeeping and other related employees.
- Coordinates with other managers for all activities of the hotel.
- Interacts with clients, guests, government officials, supplies, and other important individual in the community in promoting the hotel.
Who is a team player & leader, enthusiastic and self-motivated with solid experiences in Front Office in Hospitality segment. Successful candidate will be looking after the lifestyle hotel boasts 106 rooms with a spacious and welcoming lobby serving as a neighbourhood bar and co-working space.
You will:
- Play a vital role in setting up the Housekeeping department including reviewing/ creating manuals/ SOPs, ensure Health and Safety procedures are implemented and adhered to
- Manage, motivate, develop, hire, train and WOW the Team
- Manage and organise general housekeeping operations and stock control, create reports, ensure Quality Assurance and highest customer service levels and brand standards are followed
- Be happy to take on extra projects, create new things, enthuse others about your ideas, and assist in the property's setup phase where needed.
