At least 7 years relevant work experience
1. Knowledge in the hospitality industry
2. Knowledge of Reservation?s management software
3. Good spoken and written English
4. Well versed in use of computer such as PowerPoint and Excel
Confident, Good organizational & people development, sales and Outgoing personality
The Global Reservation Executive is part of the sales team focusing on handling all matter in regard to reservation
1. Handle all inquiries from callers in regard to sales and reservation
2. Take reservation
3. Completes all reservation administration such as: forms, guarantee letter (if required), confirmation letter
4. Enter the reservation into the system and ensure that all reservations are recorded following established procedures with full and clear information and that they are inputted accurately and promptly onto the system.
5. Maximize revenue by converting enquiries, recognizing business prospects and opportunities to upsell venue services.
6. Liaise with other departments to follow up specific request from residents before checking in
7. Provide relevant reports for Sales Team and Front Office in regard to room reservation and blocking and future forecast
8. Assist other related matters of sales team
9. Handle any other job assigned by management from time to time
