To be successful in this role, you will need to have this following qualifications;
- Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Hospitality Management or related fields.
- At least 1 to 3 years in administrative experience, preferably in the hotel industry
- Computer, Internet, E-mail and MS Office literate are essential
- Excellent English written and oral communication.
- Proven ability to work in team working style in complex, interdependent organization.
- Ability to work on own initiative and be the only person with specialist knowledge in the organization.
- Able to persuade and negotiate with people to ensure that standards are met.
- Flexible ? able to work strategically and at a hands on level
- Ability to think strategically and to ensure that HR issues are addressed in the strategy and operational plans.
- Good organization skills.
- Enthusiastic service-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing & cheerful personality and be highly presentable.
- Experience in HRIS software i.e., Eagle Technology will be advantage.
