-Male or female, age between 28-35 years (Thai nationality)
-A very strong Sous Chef (or even CDC) with a western high end restaurant back ground, ready for the next step
-Several years experience in the same position within high end standalone restaurants, or restaurants within 5-star luxury hotels/resorts
-Strong and independent leader with strong people management and organizational skills
-Strong knowledge and skills in modern western cooking techniques, as well as product knowledge
-English communication skills
-HACCP experience and knowledge, as well as the admin of it
-Basic administrative skills and experience
-Fresh, bright and representable personality and appearance
-Good attitude
-Good team work
