RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
- Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES (For Assistant HOD and above)
- Weekly and monthly scheduling for all FOH staff
- Responsible for all FOH products and supplies
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand and able to display basic service standards both restaurant and banquet
- Understand PAR and inventory
- Understand Food handling standards and sanitation
- Understand the financial reports and how the department effects the report
COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Able to support the marketing team when needed. Be creative with promotions and specials
