Catering and Sales Manager

Bachelor?s Degree in a related field.
Minimum 3 -4 years experience in the hotel industry.
Good Command of both written and spoken English.
Good leadership and Supervisor.

? To perform under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales and Marketing. Responsible for both room and banquet sales goals and activities as set forth in the Marketing Plan.
? To give guidance to sales associates under supervision such as Banquet Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Executives and Sales Coordinator
? To conduct and maintain banqueting and catering knowledge to sales staff in the department. To ensure that all sales are update in the banquet product and offers of the hotel.
? To participate in weekly sales meeting and morning briefing.
? To be responsible for update of competitive analysis to include packages offering or any other special promotions in market place.
? To responsible for an update of major events will be held in Bangkok and Thailand as well as finding any opportunities to participate in those event.
? To forecast the business trend and maintain the sales effort
? To maintain the knowledge in terms of products and offers of 5 star
? International (city) hotels in order to maintain our offer to be in line.
? To responsible on groups with minimum of 10 rooms accommodations with banqueting or F&B for both leisure and business such as conference, seminar, and meeting.
