Best Western Chatuchak (190+ rooms), Bangkok is currently looking for the following position:
Reservation & Revenue Manager
- Produces one off reports for trend analysis in areas of management concern when requested.
- Assists as required with the development of the Marketing Plan.
- Coordinates with the Sales team, determine rate philosophy and structure.
- Analyzes trends to be able to set daily and long-term goals for occupancy and average rates.
- Identifies packaging opportunities in periods of high or low demand.
- Production of status report, highlighting the busy and slow season, weekly, monthly or yearly and adjusting rates accordingly.
- Monitors and analyzes Rooms Inventory utilizing Yield Management to maximize occupancy and increase average rate. This includes monitoring of group blocks, determining cut off dates, systems maintenance and rate restrictions.
- Conducts ongoing training of reservations agents to include, but not limited to, telephone etiquette, sales conversion monitoring, proactive selling efforts and overall efficiency.
- Ensures the department efficiently processes group rooming lists, reservations, and employee reservations requests by monitoring data in the reservations system.
