Group Director of Operations - URGENT

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related major
- Minimum of 6 years experiences as Operations Manager / General Manager Experience in all phases of hotel management
- Strong leadership & ability to organize Operation Manager(s) and Hotel Manager(s)
- Relevant and extensive premium hotel management experience where initiative, organizational and advance planning skills.
- Outstanding guest relations and communications skills and the ability to relate to and hotel guests from a wide range of nationalities and backgrounds.
- Ability to communicate to the team the business goals, as well as the hotel specific goals, and to encourage and support initiatives, which may assist those goals.
- Strong leadership, organizational and administrative skills and good understanding of business.
- Excellent command of the English language.

POSITION PURPOSE
We are looking for a Director of Operations for 4 existing properties (La Petite Salil Hotels and The Salil Hotel Sukhumvit 57 - Thonglor) to head up our Operational Departments reporting to the Asset Management.

Functions as the strategic business leader of the property's Hotel Operations. Areas of responsibility may include Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Kitchen and Engineering. Position works with direct reports (department heads) to develop and implement departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. The position ensures Hotel Operations meet the brand?s standards, targets customer needs. Develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand?s target customer and employees.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Take full responsibility and develop strategic plans to ensure achievement of high standards in service and operational management at all times.
- Demonstrates and communicates key drivers of guest satisfaction for the brand?s target customer. Oversee the quality process to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Analyses service issues and identifies trends.
- Develop and implement SOPs in all operational related areas.
- Makes and executes the necessary decisions to keep property moving forward toward achievement of goals.
- Works with hotel management team to develop an operational strategy that is aligned with the brand?s business strategy and leads its execution.
- Reviews guest feedback with leadership team and ensures appropriate corrective action is taken.
- Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
- Stays visible and interfaces with customers on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction.
- Drive initiates to improve operational efficiency and guest experiences.
- Conduct routine audit of the hotel?s operations that is according to standard operating procedure.
- Manage third parties and partners who are operating restaurants and bars in the hotels
