Minimum bachelor degree in Marketing or related filed.
Minimum 5 years experiences in brand management, marketing communication or event
Having an experience in event organizer is an advantage.
Able to travel to upcountry to implement event program. Overnight travel is required.
Proficiency in English communication, presentation skills and computer literate.
Ensure that you fully understand the business strategy and positioning of the Anantara brand, and that you are able to effectively articulate this positioning in the marketplace.
Maintain a personal up-to-date knowledge on all Anantara product and service offerings, and the products, services, rates and new developments of key competitors, and an awareness of general industry trends.
Approach personal sales activities from a strategic perspective, understanding the relative importance and priority of the current account base, and directing personal sales efforts accordingly.
Continually review the actual production of each account against the potential for that account, and review suggestions for improvement with department leadership.
Focus on assertively establishing new client contacts and developing detailed information on the potential revenues from these accounts.
Drive Catering / FB Revenues at the property for delivery of FB budget at the hotel.
Secure new clients and new events to the property for both banqueting and restaurant outlets and pool events.
To be the Social Ambassador for the hotel and represent the hotel at city wide events and functions.
To represent, attend and infiltrate chamber of commerce events in the city
Attend product launches, fashions shows, parties, gallery openings to target new clients to the property.
Secure new business to the hotel through follow up with clients met at events
