? At least 2 years? experience as Steward/ housekeeping or Steward Supervisor/ Housekeeping Supervisor in a well-established hotel, restaurant or shop.
? Have a strong working knowledge in Chemical and equipment in the kitchen
? Understanding of HACCP.
? Good attitude & willing to help and coordinate with other teams.
Responsible for supervising the ware washing activities of the Stewards under his shift, and cleaning supply for housekeeping participate in the activities of his staff. Supervise the steward and housekeeping to maintain clean work area. Routinely checks the dishwasher, restroom and common area. Assists on proper handling of operating equipment. Prepares other kitchen equipment and cleaning supply. Trains and assists staff on proper cleaning method. Oversees and coordinates with Engineering department to ensure the proper maintenance of all dishes washing machines and restroom facilities in working area are functional.
Coordinates, hires, trains, disciplines and supervises the Stewarding/ Housekeeping staff.
