- At least 3 years in purchasing for a large scale hotel or related experience

- Responsible for corporate purchase item group for property
- New sourcing products for cost saving performance
- Coordinate and maintain purchasing department
- Properties coordinate for quality control and on-time delivery
- Responsible for other administrative work
- Forecast levels of demand for services and products.
- Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality.
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.
