- Previous role as a Training Officer in a similar quality hotel/restaurant.
- Ensures that all new employees attend the Restaurants Orientation program
- Conducts training needs analysis of the Restaurants and Departments.
- Coordinates with Department Heads, develop departmental on the job training schedules that meet departmental operating objectives.
- Designs, produces and implements training programs to meet specific department/restaurants needs.
- Establishes a training library of books, videos, journals and resources to assist trainer and employee development.
- Prepares and administer the training calendar on a regular basis.
- Ensures all employees receive ongoing training in our restaurants Training Programs.
- Sources and obtains specialist assistance to conduct training when needed.
- Monitors all training activities conducted on and off site.
- Maintains an up to date record of suppliers of training resources.
