? Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent similar experience required.
? Minimum 5 years or equivalent experience with managerial responsibilities.
? To be with positive work attitude; excellent people management skills; excellent time management skills; ability to relate to all levels in the organization; ability to work under pressure; with pleasing personality; proficient in computer applications; has strong experience in the hotel operations; good communication skills.

Administration Responsibilities
? To develop annual resort training plans to management.
? To develop and maintain resort's training.
? To develop training manuals and generic courses.
? To develop testing and evaluation procedures.
? To maintain employee, supervisory and management individual training record.
? Prepare training budget for department or organization.
? To manages the training budget.
Technical Responsibilities
? Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires
? Conduct first-line supervisory training in basic management skills.
? Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
? Conduct the certified training rollouts to resort staff after being certified as well as the resort generic training such as Hygiene and Sanitation, Telephone Manner, the resort Product Knowledge, etc.
? To oversee re-training of existing employees based on training needs grid.
? To monitor present and future trends, practices and systems in the training field and make recommendations relating thereto.
? To develop relationship with hotel schools for student internship.
? To oversee with all departments regarding training program for local and overseas management trainees.
? To organize foreign language and computer training for staff.
? Knows and understands the job description of all positions in the resort.
? Knows and understands policies relating to his/her department and others.
? Checks and improves all service standards established by the company.
? Maintains grooming standards for all personnel.
? Complete monthly training report.
HUMAN RESOURCES RESPONSIBILITIES
? To counsel resort personnel as needed in areas such as career planning, cross exposure training and self-development, employee relations etc.
? To implement and monitor an effective employee relations and motivation programs in the resort.
? To develop and implement programs to ensure employee security and safety.
? To disseminate information affecting employer-employee relations.
? To coordinate and execute employees' social, athletic and recreational activities.
RELATIONS
? To interact with individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to training association members, training, and personnel staff from competitor hotels and other members of the local community.
? To have a regular meeting with the hotel trainers to obtain the feedback for future improvement.
? To co-ordinate functions and activities with other department heads and department trainers.
? Participates in the community projects or activities in order to promote the hotel image and to improve community relationship.
REPLACEMENT AND TEMPORARY MISSION
? To be ready and responsible to perform any other duties as designated or required by Management from time to time.
