mind and good attitude
Director of Sales
- Basic functions to handle all administrative work and to
ensure the smooth running operation of the department.
- Drive sales performance
- Supervise a sales team in all responsible areas to a
successful execution in achieving financial budgets and
KPIs across all business segment includes corporate,
leisure, MICE and events.
- Overseeing, implementation and Develop Sales Strategies
and Planning
- Responsible for all sales activities
- Accommodate on clients or property agents visit schedule
and arrange all visitors request
- Ensuring that Sales Team is motivates monitors and
measures in line with targets and performance standards
- Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales from
Company business
- Support for development of Sales Team capability,
coaching and training
