-At least 5 years experience in Food & Beverage operation and management in senior management position of international operations or hotels with evidenced tracked record of achievements
-Strong in inter-personal skill, leadership and strategic thinking

- Responsible for the management and achievement of profit for all food and beverage operations in the hotel including restaurants, bars, kitchen operations, catering and banquet operations.
