? Bachelor?s degree or higher in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline.
? In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, as well as HR systems and databases.
? Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
? Confident in speaking in public. Self-discipline and self-motivation with the capacity to work consistently and under pressure to fit into a multicultural working environment.
? At least 5 years of demonstrated professional relevant experience.
The roles of Human Resources Manager is to oversee all HR functions in order to support the LCBD School administration to achieve its goals and objectives; and to ensure that all Corporate HR standards are implemented accordingly. It is also important that Human Resources Manager must establish and maintain good relationship with all internal colleagues as well as external business partners.
