Job Scope:
? Managing and ensuring the highest level of wine & beverage service standards.
? Conduct training according to necessary product demand.
? Supervise wine sales & standards in all beverage sections.
? Manage and keep up staff knowledge on all wines & beverages at the restaurant.
? Deliver outstanding satisfaction and positive service for the guests. Excellent knowledge of wine & spirits
? Ability to up-sell and communicate freely with guests.
