- Bachelor in hospitality or in any related field.
- Previous experience in similar job role or minimum 5 years? experience as F&B Manager, Banquet Supervisor, Experience in hotel management.
- Good personality Strong initiative, creative and self-motivated with service mind, Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good command of writing and speaking in English
- Computer literature skills
Responsibilities:
-Achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales and labor costs.
-Achieve maximum profitability and over-all success by controlling costs and quality of service.
-Participation and input towards F & B Marketing activities.
-To supervise and co-ordinate daily operation of meeting/ banquet set-ups and service both inside and outside services.
-Seeking new client and opportunity for including retain customer relationship both previous and recent clients.
