? High school diploma or completed degree(s) from an accredited culinary or hospitality institution
? New graduate is welcome
? Local health and safety and/or food handler certification is a plus
? Ability to communicate efficiently
? Good time management skills
? Ability to work in a team environment
? Willingness to work during weekends or be flexible to work in shifts
? Assist in the daily operations of the canteen kitchen and dining area
? Prepare food ingredients and cook food as assigned by a Canteen Chef
? Ensure food and supplies are used ?FIFO: First in First Out? method, and assist to check the inventory levels
? Keep the kitchen station and dinning areas clean at all time
? Maintaining proper sanitation standards of the kitchen
? Following all food safety and hygiene standards for storing, preparing and cooking
? Co-operate with all team members and undertake duties in the kitchens assigned by the Production Chef and the management team
