Reservation Officer

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, English, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Reservation Officer in a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Proficient in using Property Management Systems (PMS) Opera.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Pleasant personality, service-minded, cheerful, and a good team player
