-3+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping management as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping manager, or other similar position.
-At least 2+ years experience in hospitality or guest services.
-Thai nationality only.
-Age not over 45 years old.
-Multitasks skill is an advantage.
-Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas daily for RoomQuest Hotels.
-Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
-Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies.
-Document areas cleaned by room attendants and report any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests to the front office and General Manager.
-Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed.
-Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
-Ability to proactively prioritize needs, self-management, put first things first, and effectively manage resources and time.
-Ability to work a flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
-Ability to remain calm when under pressure.
-Must be available 24/7 in case to respond to any guest or employee emergencies.
-All Other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Management.
