-Experience in the position at least 2 years above.

?Operation and planned maintenance of all equipment and systems in the hotel, utility services and maintenance of the entire property in a systematic manner consistent with budgeted provisions.
?The Chief Engineer is responsible for maintaining the physical plant and buildings; for capital and operational planning and budgeting; for up to date knowledge of innovations in both the technical and property management fields. Included in the maintenance of the physical plant is the installation, operation and repair of the mechanical systems, electronic and audio visual equipment and the furniture, fixtures and other equipment in and on the property.
-Group Insurance (Life/Health)
-Annual Leave 14 days/year.
-Public Holiday 15 days.
-Work 5 days and 2 days off.
-Entitled Service Charge.
