อัตราค่าจ้าง 70,000.- บาท ถึง 110,000.- บาท
คุณสมบัติ / Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-10 years hotel experience in the same positions in hotel of international standard or 4-5 star equivalent.
- Currently holding position as Resident Manager or F&B Director
- Excellent communication Training Representations and computer skills.
- Ability to delegate where required and must work as a partner with top management in developing a strategic
direction and driving excellence
- Possess exceptional people skills with an excellent working track record
- High energy level and to be able to meet and manage deadlines and motivate employees to excel in a
competitive environment
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Candidates must be a self-motivated and dedicated individual.
- Creative and able to work as a team
Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels
- Must be able to work with the hotel's owners
