? Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a hotel or travel industry environment.
? Ability to read and communicate in Thai and English language
? Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint and Knowledge of Windows Operating System.
? Strong Knowledge of PABX SV 9300
? Knowledgeable on PMS Opera 5.4 and Opera Cloud / POS Micros res 3700 and Symphony Cloud / MyHR Cloud / Futurelog system / Xpossible and Airangel.
? Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, results-oriented and highly motivated individual.
? Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and to plan and execute events effectively with a strong attention to detail.
? Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
? To ensure that day-to-day IT related issues are managed and resolved in a prompt and efficient manner.
? Manage and support all the systems in the hotel.
? Provide In-house guest IT related matter troubleshooting.
? Perform regular system?s health check and capacities studies to ensure optimum performance of servers and network.
? Manage system changes with appropriate support staff to ensure uninterrupted services.
? Liaise with vendors and work with users at all level.
? Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
