You will make it to the next round if you are:
- At least 2 years of Sous Chef experience in similar hotel
- Have a strong working knowledge in specific cuisine (Thai and Western)
- Strong understanding of HACCP
- Proven track record of cost control including food, equipment, labor and waste to meet the food quality goals and the hotel?s financial goals.
- Demonstrates real passion for menu planning and leadership, dedicated, creative, and determined to succeed.

You will:
- Assist Chef and ensure food preparation and production standards are consistent and in line with Health and Safety as well as HACCP standards
- Be responsible for all kitchen sections in Chef's absence with dedication and attention to detail
- Monitor and record inventory, orders and deliveries, and have experience in kitchen cost management
- Be included in the hiring process, respond to customer issues and lead an empowered Team from the front.
