- Bachelor Degree in Food Science and/or related flied
- Strong working experience more than 5 years in purchasing raw materials
- Strong knowledge in Seafood business, especially % Yield, size breakdown for shrimp, other seafood.
- Be able to communicate in English would be an advantage
- Has a good sense of emergency.
Job Description
- Responsible to plan and purchase raw material daily.
- Monitoring and controlling the purchasing with proper price, quality and quantity of which related to customer orders and shipment.
- Seek, select and approve the good /reliable/reasonable vendors.
- Controlling and monitoring the buying price, size breakdown, quantity, % yield for management, marketing, production departments, comparing to sale orders or costing to ensure and avoid unexpected losses.
- Controlling and monitoring the material quality that they are all met the industry standard,
- Negotiate with approved suppliers in order to gain high/reasonable margin for the company.
- Monthly and yearly Analyzed report of buying prices, quantity and etc.
