To be successful in this role, you will need to have this following qualifications;
- Minimum of Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum three to five years human resources experience, specifically in the hotel business.
- Proven ability to work in team working style in complex, interdependent organization.
- Ability to work on own initiative and be the only person with specialist knowledge in the organization.
- Able to persuade and negotiate with people to ensure that standards are met.
- Ability to think strategically and to ensure that HR issues are addressed in the strategy and operational plans.
- Good organization skills
- Flexible, able to work strategically and at a hands on level
- Good command of English both written and verbal, and communication skills
- Computer literate, especially, the Microsoft Office (words, excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledgeable in HRIS especially for Eagle Technology software will be advantage.
