-Experience in Hotel/Tourism/ Hospitality is a must
-Currently holding position as Operations Manager, Hotel Manager, Resident Manager and Executive Assistant Manager is preferable.
-Fluency in English
-Positive attitude towards resolving problems
-Bachelor?s Degree or higher in related field
-Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality of all information
-Can travel overseas frequently
-Good organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities:
-Continue to maintain a certified QA assessor status for the region.
-Play a supporting role to conduct pre QA audits to the region, with a focus on continued training with GMs at Managed properties.
-Provide professional advices to the appointed vendors by the hotels on branding designs in order to keep the brand standards at the highest level
-Provide each hotel with useful information concerning minimum standards, recent updates, and industry?s trends.
-Ensure each hotel has a good comprehension of Best Western branding and therefore, present it well.
-Follow up any on-going project frequently with owners, contractors and communicate with Best Western Hotels & Resorts Asia Head Office to maintain consistency on project progression.
Ensure professional management standards are adhered to, maintain working knowledge of company policies and procedures and regulations governing the company.
-Ensure Operational SOPs are developed and implemented successfully in all Managed Hotels.
-Establish a regular contact with Hotel Owners and GMs of existing and new hotels in order to build a constant relationship with them.
-Identify problem areas during property visits within managed properties and provide action plan and support to assist the GM moving forward.
-Maintain & update the project progress on a weekly basis to ensure that all concerned are kept informed via the critical path to preopening.
-Provide any suggestions and/or modifications in all aspect of hotel to owners/ representatives during pre-opening stage and make sure that it is in accordance with Best Western International standard
-Keep track of new properties and formulate pre-opening plans prior to the property un-restriction in the Best Western International System.
-Communicate pre-opening set up manual along with all OSE & FFE documents and Best Western standard to newly appointed General Managers of managed hotels.
-Support Managed Hotels as an Interim General Manager / Hotel Manager upon necessity along with task force support when and where required.
