- ขยัน และไฝ่เรียนรู้

1. Cleans and maintains all public areas
2. Organizes movement of dirty and clean laundry and of guest valet service.
3. Ensures cleanliness, safety and maintenance of the entire laundry, dry cleaning section and all its equipment.
4. Ensures that torn or damaged uniform and linen are sent to uniform room for repair.
5. Controls of all laundry and dry cleaning chemicals and maintain regular supply of stocks.
6. Coordinates with the Purchasing Manager, negotiates contracts with chemical suppliers, and ensures quality is maintained at the best possible price.
7. Liaises with Executive Housekeeper and Restaurant Managers on linen inventories.
8. Prepares monthly outlook/forecast reports.
9. Attends meetings as required.
10. Ensures that all employees comply with the grooming and uniform standards.
11. Conducts development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for further development and structured career patching.
12. Implements and maintains training systems to ensure that employees have the necessary framework and skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively.
13. Prepares working schedules and annual leave schedules within budget, business expectations and guidelines of the appropriate industrial legislation.
14.Attends promptly to all guest. requests/complaints
15. Ensures compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace.
