AJA Pollo Restaurant
Location: Sukhumvit 20
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to established recipes and company standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, making recommendations and offering suggestions based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including equipment, glassware, and supplies
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices, including verifying age and intoxication levels, and refusing service when necessary
- Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system
- Work with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless integration of bar service with restaurant service
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, and garnishes
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in mixology, spirits, and wine, and make recommendations for menu updates
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and restocking the bar area
- Foster a positive and memorable guest experience by providing excellent service and anticipating their needs
- Guarantee Service Charge at 2,500 Baht
