- Male or Female
- Bachelor degree or above in any related field
- Details oriented, able to work under pressure, self-motivated, energetic and willing to learn new things
- Ability to manage effectively multi-tasks
- Good command in English
- Good Computer Literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and others
- At least 1 year experience in related field
- Experience in Hospitality, Tourism or field is advantage
- Good attitude, well organized, hardworking, with the ability to work as part of a team

- Manage all documents such as sales reports, agreements, certificates, licenses etc.
- Any additional and ad-hoc duties
- Assist and Support Manager to arrange all documents
- Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner
- Work with sales, accounting, and marketing departments to respond to customer inquiries.
- Other duties assigned
- Perform general office duties to support Administrative Manager and Sales (e.g., filing, sending email, typing, faxing, copying).
- Prepare sales-related document throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders).
- Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, special events).
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
