The VIP Manager is responsible for the planning and supervising of the Cafe' Del Mar Phuket front of the house operations order to achieve guest satisfaction, quality service and creating a vibrant dining experience.
Job Propose
The VIP Manager will be responsible for the line management, development, and motivation of the team. This role will focus on growing the VIP customer database. A focus will be on optimizing relationships with VIPs with the aim of retaining these into lifetime values.
Ensure that employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and other employees. Focus the Guest Services Department(Operations) on their role in contributing to the Guest Service and audit scores. Monitor all V.I.P.s, special guests, and requests.
