? Achieving or exceeding monthly sales revenue targets.
? Responsible for the growth and development of group events.
? Responsible for answering, quoting and closing group inquiries from local & overseas agents, event planners and direct bookings.
? Responsible for seeking new business from local & overseas agents, event planners and direct bookings.
? Setting up local sales call activity and maximizing product visibility
? Exploring new local market and customer opportunities.
? Assisting with creating and improving banquet kits and group products after feedback from clients
? Creating new upselling opportunities for groups
? Collecting feedback from clients for improvements
? Developing and maintaining good relations with new and existing customers.
? Conduct professional site inspection of the beach club
? Present weekly & monthly report to DOSM on Group Chart updates and
? Any other sales related assignment by DOSM
