1. Ensure effective supervision that all services offered at the Gallery outlets are carried out with utmost professionalism, efficiency and courtesy.
2. Supervise by working closely with CORE members in the assigned clusters and with BT Gallery TH - HQ
3. Conduct training, supervise and evaluate all supervisors and associate at Gallery outlets.
4. Ensure outlet has good and healthy level of inventory to meet the set budget for the year, including the peak seasons with high occupancy.
5. Enhance and maintain guest satisfaction through effective relations and inter-personal skills for pleasant shopping experience at retail outlets.
6. Conduct inspection tours of the premises when required in consultation with BT Gallery TH HQ.
7. Ensure retail outlets and storeroom are clean and well maintained at all times.
8. Assist retail outlets where one is based at, during peak periods and during shortage of manpower.
