Good command in English
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks

Remote work at home environment free from interruption and distraction
Assist with booking reservation and general inquiries for VIP members and hotel customers contact by call, e-mail, chat bot.
Entice guests for booking reservation, upselling
Maintain a friendly and professional communication etiquette on all interactions with customers
Provide VIP members account information and assist with travel planning and booking
Follow up and proactive calls to customers, follow up payment
Handle feedback, complaints, overcome customer's objections.
