Qualifications:
-Thai National
-Bachelor?s degree or higher in accounting
-At least 3 years of working experience in accounting and finance in hospitality business.
-Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and practices.
-Strong team player.
-Excellent analytical, logical and problem solving skills.
-Strong attention to detail and flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
-Good command in English both written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
Primary Duties:
-Maintain and to update Asia hotel members? membership fees database for BWH Hotels, Asia PDR at Bangkok Office
-Ensure the accuracy of Asia hotel members? Monthly Statement prior to distribution.
-Distribute monthly statement to Asia hotel members and follow up the payment with their accounting.
-Handle delinquency issues and ensure pending fees are received within the given timeline.
-Submit Asia hotel members? monthly delinquency report to Corporate Team at HQ
-Handle billing/ Monthly Statement issues with Asia hotel members and relevant parties
-Review to ensure that all Asia hotel members? billing information in Account Receivable system are accurate and properly set up and the balance for BWH Hotels, Asia hotel members has to be confirmed on monthly basis
-Assist to handle Asia hotel members? financial transactions which is related to BWH Hotels, Asia i.e. day-to-day, weekly, month-end closing and year-end closing including additional requests
-Ensure accounts receivable and Asia hotel members? payment matters are properly recorded and managed
-Analyze and reconcile of Asia hotel members? Monthly statements
-Work closely with Regional Administrative Manager - Asia & Senior Regional Director, Administration & Procurement -Asia to prepare BWH Hotels, Asia hotel members? monthly report
-Be responsible to contact and submit other related reports required to relevant Corporate Team at HQ
-Coordinate with other Departments
