? Must have worked at least for 3 years as a Butcher in Hotels or Restaurants.
? Must be able to prepare all meats and fish products specified in company standards.
? Must have accurate knife skills
? Must be able to deal with quality control, production control, meat and fish storage

? Strongly committed to teamwork and customer service.
As a Butcher, you are responsible for ensuring all meats and fish are prepared to the highest quality to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Butcher will also be required train staff and control costs.
To succeed as a Butcher, you should be courteous, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. You should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of meat quality, cuts, and preparation.
