- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any related field such as Business Administration or Tourism & Hospitality management.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office.
- Flexible working hours.
- Administer day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department under the direction of the Reservations Supervisor and the Revenue Manager, within the guidelines comply with all reservation requirements, systems and procedures and administer each reservation accurately.
- Up-selling reservations in order to maximize room revenue and selling right products to right customers, friendly and professional manner to all clients and other employees.
