Knowledge and Skill Requirements
? Thai Nationality only
? Bachelor?s Degree or higher in the related field
? Experience in Hotel/Tourism/Hospitality industry
? Ideas driven individual.
? 2-3 years? experience working in the same position
? Be accurate and well organized
? Team player and self-motivated
? Excellent English communications skills
Regional PR and Communications Manager
Primary Duties
Media
? Assist with an offline communications plan for BWH Hotels
? Maintain and grow the media contact database
? Assist in the planning and organization of media fam trips / media visit / media
invitations
? Strengthen the relationship with all media
? Coordinate with the properties on media requests
? Identify opportunities to feature the hotel?s in publications
Public Relations
? Identify opportunities to increase the awareness of BWH Hotels and its master brands
? Create and distribute press releases in a timely manner
? Identify interview opportunities for senior management and hotels
Fam Trips
? Coordination of media/influencer/blogger fam trips with the hotel that will create an impactful awareness of the hotel and destination
Marketing Communications
? Identify publications for BWH Hotels to be promoted in (advertorials/advertising) and work on the campaigns that will increase regional reach and
? Manage the LinkedIn pages for APAC including the posting of content
? Work on the material preparation for advertorials and advertising
? Support the hotels and sales team with collateral/presentations (as required)
Partnerships
? Identify partnership opportunities for BWH Hotels that will be beneficial to the hotels and increase their awareness
Brand guideline
? Ensure the visuals and tone of voice (hotels photography, images used to promote the brand and language) are aligned with BWH Hotels brand standards
? The Brand Ambassador for WorldHotels including but not limited to (BIM, WorldHotels Rewards, collaterals, arranging press events and tradeshows, presentation decks, ads and editorials)
? Assists with the onboarding of new hotels and reviewing of hotel information on BWH website
Communication guidelines
Reporting
? Ensure efficient monitoring and reporting of all press releases, editorials and advertorials/advertisements
Other responsibilities as assigned by Senior Regional Communications Manager.
