Brief Description of Duties:

BTG Property Marketing are seeking an innovative marketing manager to promote our company's brand and services to a global audience.
The ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies. They will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities as well as long-term strategy, thriving under tight deadlines and changing needs.

Responsibilities include the development of high quality marketing collaterals, application of strategic online activities with analysis of results, managing PR campaigns and international events as well as reinforce brand standards - all which require a creative mind to develop solutions.

An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness, management and delivery of projects to set deadlines and required standards.
Requirements:

? Ability to develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans
? Project management skills: manage and coordinate with various teams and agencies to set timelines
? Knowledge of PR and communications and how to collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies
? Experience of online advertising campaigns and web development in advantage
? Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
? Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
? Organizing and coordinating promotional events
? Excellent communication skills (English)
? Ability to think creatively and innovatively
? Experience of real estate or hospitality industry advantageous
