- Conducts vulnerability assessments of the hotel and ensures an appropriate risk management program is implemented.
- Liaises with local authorities to identify activities that may affect the operation such as: seasonal events, current community crime trends, and potential for terrorism.
- Provides an interdepartmental training agenda to promote security and safety awareness for all hotel Team Members.
- Ensures all accidents and incidents are investigated, recorded and followed-up.
- Ensures all action plans under the Security Department?s responsibility in case of emergency are regularly trained, tested and evaluated.
- Assists hands-on in the operation as required.
