The Chief Engineer is responsible and accountable for maintaining the highest standard of the hotel facilities building structure, machinery and all mechanical, electrical, safety, emergency, system in accordance to brand standard. Planning and execution of the preventive maintenance. Reporting and advising on adjustment needed to maximize hotel?s profitability (cost saving) as well as guest satisfaction and service provided by the team.
