- A minimum of 3 - 5 years E-Commerce / Digital Manager in hotels
- A degree in Hospitality Management or in advertising, marketing or communication graduate with preferable experiences in a similar field.
- Excellent verbal, written and oral proficiency in Thai and English languages.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
- Excellent Presentation and customer relationship skills
- Innovative approach to work
- Set up the E-Commerce channel and oversee the overall business operations of ecommerce
- Deliver Volume, Value Business and Profitability targets for E-Commerce
- Manage and enhance Revenue and Growth of Ecommerce Channel. - Performance Marketing and analytics
- Planning, Executing & Handling complete business operations of ecommerce at each level
- Building Digital yearly plan for the hotel. Across Direct & Indirect channels
- Building individual hotel?s online budget planning and Digital Marketing plan.
