1. Manage Hotel Equipment and Operating Services (HEOS) including research of equipment, materials, supplies, and methods, sourcing and negotiating qualified Suppliers or contractors' bids, reviewing contracts, and quality control during all stages of the project. Not exclusively on assigned property.
2. To work, communicate, and report directly to the preopening manager or their representative
3. Responsible to work with the Project manager and Construction manager which benefit the company
4. Responsible for handing over the hotel building from construction instead of the owner, both in terms of assets and equipment and which overall profitability of the company.
5. Attends every Hotel(s) pre-opening and post-opening meeting as requested by the owner not exclusively on the assigned property
6. Responsible to propose the Budget and Revenue to the owner and manage operational revenue and expenses to stay within budget guidelines.
7. To analyze monthly financial outlook and able to apply a strategy plan to increase revenue figures and maximize profitability
8. To drive and support the team in dealing with problems or issues and create good workplace environments as well as branding, and architecture accordingly to Company DNA, Company Values, and brand standards.
9. To conduct daily walk through to ensure the presentation of public areas, landscaping, and facilities are in condition and function well
10. To deal effectively with guest?s comments, complaints and improve guest satisfaction with availability to meet guest in person, through the phone call, correspondence and social media
11. Hands-on Responsible for the of hotel building both in terms of assets and respect to equipment and the overall profitability of the company.
12. To be the GM in any property as assign by the owner.
