Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years in Front Office experience in a similar capacity preferably in a 5 star class environment.
- Knowledgeable in Front Office Operations.
- Have excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken.
- Possess professional disposition with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ensure effective day to day running of each shift in achieving the goals
- Conduct daily shift briefing, meeting, and daily training including pass on all relevant information to the employees on a timely manner.
- Ensure all issues relating to guest satisfaction are raised, monitored, and followed up on a timely basis.
- Provide employees coaching and counseling, support and guidance as appropriate.
Check all registration card updated by front desk agent to ensure accuracy according to the requirements and the law
- Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
