- Front Office experience in supervisory/management capacity in a Mid scale or hotel chain is required.
Great interpersonal and English communication skills.
- Excellent problem ? solving and management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
-Reports directly to and communicates with the Front Office Manager on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations.
-Responds to guest needs and resolves related problems maintaining record for management.
-Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel.
