? At least 3 years? experience in a similar leadership role
? Proven track records in corporate, government, catering and MICE sales segments in a similar capacity hotel.
? Strong understanding of domestic market, business trend and market segmentation.
? A natural leader with a vision and ability to walk the talk with a large and dynamic sales team.
? Good command of spoken and written English.

Planning and managing the overall sales activities of the hotel to achieve optimal occupancy, maximizing revenue, and meeting/exceeding hotel profit objectives.

Work with Finance and revenue team in preparation and management of the department?s budget and financial forecasts

Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business, plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the department
