* Knowledge of Opera systems, Sun systems, POS systems
* Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
* Knowledge in Finance & Accounting
* Able to communicate in English language
* To be responsible for overseeing the work of the Food & Beverage Storekeeper and Receiving to ensure that policies and procedures in these area are Implemented.
* To be extraction and computations of daily and monthly food and beverage cost summaries and statistics.
* To manage all stocks put under his/her responsibility
* To monitor all goods movement; including food and beverage, stationery, other operating equipment etc.in and out of the hotel and ensure that they are properly recorded.
