? Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
? 3+ years' of relevant experience
? Strong English language skills - report to Group Financial Management
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel
? Strong quantitative financial skills
? Effective communication skill
? Professionalism and Integrity character traits
? Daily interactions with management supporting strategic decisions of their business
? Reporting directly to CFO and lead day-to-day project management and oversee execution on a range of advisory and financing transactions.
? Create and maintaining Financial Models of high-level overview of Financial Statements, Projections, and Capital Raises summary
? Creating and maintaining Confidential Information Memorandums for Investor Relationships
? Perform financial and valuation analysis using both industry standard and proprietary models.
? Participate in various marketing and recruiting activities of the firm
? Be actively involved in day-to-day transaction execution, gaining significantly more investor/client interaction and live deal experience
? Integrate strategic ideas derived from various analysis, forecasts, business plans, and research into presentations for various stakeholders.
? Create and implement financial models to review deals and determine profitability
? Strong Quantitative and Analytical Skills (including excel modeling)
? Support execution strategic / transformational type of programs/projects and initiatives
? Perform Financial Analysis (Monthly Performance Review and Analysis) and analyze actual financial performance
? Perform financial modeling "scenario based" for financial projections for KPI
? Knowledge of Financial concepts to perform IRR, Feasibility Studies
? Ability to multitask and prioritize while working on multiple projects at once
