Job Description
? Implement and carry out the preventive maintenance programs.
? Review and update guest rooms maintenance programs.
? Maintain water treatment and generator plant.
? Plan and delegate daily operation with supervisor in the morning briefing.
? Carry out instructions from Chief Engineer as appropriate.
? Contribute ideas to finding solutions for daily operational problems and action as appropriate.
? Train all subordinate staff to standard required in their job description.
? Maintain relations within the department and other departments.
? Maintain all engineering staff at high moral.
? Prepare staff roster and organize shifts to ensure appropriate staffing.
? Maintain work attendance records for payroll purposes.
? Record data on daily or other periodical basis for control purposes.
? Supervise the establish guidelines and systems to ensure the most efficient operation at the most economical cost
? Maintain effective communication between all other departments.
? Maintenance request control.
? Control staff attendance and annual leave.
? Provide training for engineering staff.
? Co-ordinate with all department heads.
? Maintain spare parts for all resort equipments.
? Should be able to handle prepare Preventive maintenance of HVAC and electrical equipments, Laundry equipments, Kitchen equipments.
? Preventive maintenance of Gust rooms and Guest facilities.
? Preventive maintenance of Generators and Electrical panel boards.
? Handling of All skill manpower and delegate daily works.
? Chief engineer in preparing monthly reports and energy management.
? Handling of all kind of day today work order keeping proper records and good knowledge in complaint management.
? Updating engineering log books, equipments history cards, Job order books and maintaining computerized records.
? Acting as DoE in absence of DoE.
? He will maintain all confidential reports and act as management staff.
? C-Chief Engineer in project works and prepare drawings and Boq.
? He will be responsible for engineering material management and assist chief engineer in Engineering store and equipments spares.
? He should have knowledge of handling inboard and out board boat engines.
? He should be capable of taking training to the maintenance staff and create training reports and conduct fire drills.
? Chief engineer in preparing and monitoring engineer budget and performance management program.
? He should be monitoring the daily consumption report and assist in preparing monthly reports, Project documents and other admin works.
